I ordered the wrong size, can I change it?

Yes, but you’ll need to be as quick as Mbappé! Once your order goes into production, we can't change it. Contact us ASAP at support@footybantz.com with your order number!

I used the wrong address, can I change it?

If your order hasn’t been dispatch yet, yes. Please email us the correct address and your order number at support@footybantz.com.

If it’s already been dispatched (you’ll get tracking info), you’ll need to contact the courier.

I changed my mind, can I cancel my order?

If production hasn’t started, yes. Once it has, we can’t cancel it.

We sell only to UK customers. All products are handmade, printed, and dispatched in the UK.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Production usually takes 2 business days.
Delivery within the UK is normally 2–3 business days.
