I ordered the wrong size, can I change it?

Yes, but you’ll need to be as quick as Mbappé! Once your order goes into production, we won’t be able to make any changes. If you need to update your size, contact our support team ASAP at footybantzshop@gmail.com. Don’t forget to include your order number!

I used the wrong address, can I still change this?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can update the address for you. Please email us your correct address along with your order number at footybantzshop@gmail.com, and we’ll sort it out.

However, if your order has already been dispatched (you’ll receive tracking info when it ships), we won’t be able to change it. In that case, you’ll need to contact the courier directly for further assistance.

I changed my mind, can I still cancel my order?

If your items haven’t entered the printing stage yet, you can still cancel your order. Once production has started, unfortunately, we won’t be able to cancel it.

To request a cancellation, email us at footybantzshop@gmail.com with the subject line "Cancel Order (Your Order Number)", and we’ll take care of it for you.

Once your order is ready, shipping within the UK usually takes 2 to 3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
